I’m Sarah Aguilar Federman, a Mexican-Jewish actress based in Brooklyn, NY (proudly Philly-raised—Go Birds! 🦅).

From training as a competitive dancer to improvising at the dinner table, I’ve always loved making people laugh, feel, and connect. After years managing brand partnerships for Snickers and Coca-Cola, I swapped marketing decks for script pages—finally chasing the thing that’s been calling me all along.

I specialize in on-camera performance, with ongoing, rigorous training at The Atlantic Theater Company Acting School, T Schreiber Studio, and the Upright Citizens Brigade. On screen, I bring a mix of wit, charm, and fierce determination—often embodying characters with the offbeat humor of Alexis Rose, the quick-fire charisma of Haley Dunphy, and the sharp ambition of Blair Waldorf. I love exploring characters who embrace their contradictions.

As a proud Taco-Bagel, my dual-identity fuels my storytelling. I light up when I see Latino characters with depth and dimension, and I get a little thrill from every witty Jewish reference in a script.
